At LG Energy Solution Wrocław, our team focuses on three core areas: organizational culture, leadership development, and creating a joyful workplace. Based on these pillars, we design culture-related strategies and support internal communication across the site.

The organizational culture we are most proud of at LG Energy Solution Wrocław is open communication. We see open dialogue as the essential foundation for building a strong organizational culture. Through this culture of open communication, every employee at LG Energy Solution Wrocław is able to express their opinions and freely share their thoughts on any topic.
In addition, LG Energy Solution Wrocław places strong emphasis on internal communication. Fourteen nationalities are represented among the employees here. To help employees of diverse nationalities and cultures collaborate well, the company even hosts special events.

For me, the most memorable experience was participating in a project on an international scale. I once had the opportunity to visit Seoul, Korea, where LG Energy Solution’s headquarters is located. There, I met organizational culture team members from the Korean, Chinese, and U.S. entities. We exchanged ideas and experiences, and it became a meaningful opportunity to gain inspiration for new organizational culture initiatives.

The project I would like to introduce is one that is still ongoing. It is a project in which leaders of each organization directly shape the organizational culture of their departments. Through this process, leaders gain a deeper understanding of communication and collaboration practices within the organization and are able to encourage employees to embrace them. The project highlights how significant and important a role leaders play in spreading a healthy working environment throughout the organization.

My primary goal is to help employees at LG Energy Solution Wrocław fully understand the importance of organizational culture. There is a saying that “culture eats strategy for breakfast.” This captures the idea that without a well-established culture of communication and collaboration, no organizational goal or business plan can truly be achieved. With this in mind, we will continue working to build a high-quality organizational culture that supports business objectives through meaningful communication and collaboration.
