Our team has delivered strong results through continuous improvement efforts. In 2019, we earned an Excellence Award in the TDR/TEF Improvement category for an in-house project we initiated. We foster a positive and respectful work environment, where team members support each other, and we even enjoy picnics together from time to time, creating great memories beyond the workplace.

In my role, I’m in charge of Electrode QA T. My main responsibility is inspecting electrodes using a variety of tools. For instance, the adhesion tester measures the bonding strength of electrodes, while the moisture analyzer checks their moisture levels. By thoroughly evaluating these factors, we help maintain consistent and reliable product quality throughout the production process.

It offers a cozy space for employees to relax and a convenient app-based ordering system. Today, I’m treating myself to the café’s signature matcha latte. It’s a perfect way to recharge after lunch and enjoy a moment of relaxation.

Let me introduce a unique and special welfare facility for employees. On the second floor of the Welfare Building, we have unmanned civil service machines that allow us to easily handle administrative tasks. Thanks to this considerate employee support, employees can take care of tasks such as paying bills without needing to take time off to visit government offices.
A Space for Quality Assurance: The ICP Inspection Room

Now, it’s time to start the afternoon tasks. This is the ICP Inspection Room, where Electrode QA specialist Luo Wei works. Here, we perform high-purity testing, slurry grinding, weight measurement, heating, dissolution, and final ICP testing. These processes ensure us to maintain the high quality of our products.
