Near my office, in one corner of the Plant 7, there are vending machines available for employees. We have a variety of choices here from beverages to snacks. I’m first charging myself up by grabbing some chocolate before our morning meeting.
We freely exchange our opinions while maintaining a professional and focused attitude, which makes my team even better. This allows us to conduct meetings efficiently in a friendly environment!

It’s been 5 years already since I came here. I haven’t had many difficulties as the company takes great care to ensure the well-being of its expatriates. Far from struggling, I’ve found this experience to be a good opportunity to broaden my perspectives and enhance my global competitiveness. I believe working overseas really helped me grow a lot.
For now, I am reminded of the importance of teammates, as I collaborate with the Production Planning Team. We work hard, doing our utmost every day, to achieve our shared goal together.

I’m involved in various projects at the production planning team. One of our important plans is executing projects designed to achieve our 2023 goals. We at the team have set targets for improving yields and operational efficiency (OE), and are devoted to realizing these objectives!
Another key project is the transition to a smart factory. Many projects have been planned to that purpose, and my role focues on going paperless. Simply put, we are maximizing work efficiency by minimizing paperwork. This project is paving the way for a smarter, more efficient work environment.
