LG Energy Solution Wrocław operates a specialized HR program designed to nurture the next generation of battery talent. The program, known as Charge the Future, is offered to university students and provides opportunities to participate in technical training sessions and internal events as interns at LG Energy Solution. To learn more about the program, we spoke with a member of the HR team at LG Energy Solution Wrocław.
Q. Please introduce yourself.

Hello! My name is Patrycja Rosłońska, and I work at the LG Energy Solution Wrocław. I have been part of the Human Resource Management Team for two and a half years, focusing primarily on recruitment for technical, production, and shift-based roles. I also coordinate partnerships with technical universities to support talent development in relevant fields.
Q. What distinctive HR programs does LG Energy Solution Wrocław operate?
One of the programs we are most proud of is the Charge the Future internship program. It is offered to students from technical universities, and this year, a total of 38 interns are participating.
During their internship at LG Energy Solution Wrocław, selected students gain hands-on experience in various areas. Throughout the program, they receive training not only in battery-related technical skills but also in broader competencies such as workplace capabilities and interpersonal communication. They also join on-site tours of battery production lines and participate in LG Energy Solution–hosted competitions and events.
A key advantage of the Charge the Future program is that it runs during the summer break. This timing allows students to focus fully on gaining real-world experience without academic pressure during the semester.
Q. What advice would you give to candidates hoping to join LG Energy Solution?
First, I recommend learning as much as possible about LG Energy Solution. Understanding the company’s vision, business areas, and technological strengths will be helpful in preparing for the application process. Information about the company and the EV battery market is available on LG Energy Solution’s official website and social media channels.
Another recommendation is to strengthen your own capabilities. It is important to build the competencies that align with the position you are applying for. Developing technical skills such as 3D modeling or gaining a solid understanding of the key responsibilities associated with the role can make a big difference.

Finally, it is essential to cultivate strong teamwork skills in advance. LG Energy Solution operates production sites across the globe, bringing together diverse talent. Effective communication is crucial for collaboration, making teamwork one of the most important strengths you can bring to the company.
Q. As an HR professional, what is the goal of the Charge the Future program?

The primary goal of the Charge the Future program is to identify talented students who can build their careers with LG Energy Solution. Ultimately, the aim is for capable interns to join the company, grow alongside it, and contribute to strengthening the overall battery industry ecosystem.
We spoke with Patrycja Rosłońska from the LG Energy Solution Wrocław HR team, who plays a key role in supporting technical university students and helping them further develop their capabilities through the internship program. LG Energy Solution will continue fostering mutual growth with future battery talent across its global production sites.
